Directions

1Boil the milk with the cream in a pan.

2Add the bread and let it soak for 1 hour.

3Put mixture in a food processor, and add the mixture of eggs, lemon zest, Vanilla petrol, brown sugar and brandy and mix.

4Add the raisins and nuts and pour into a mold previously caramelized with 1/2 cup sugar.

5Kook in bath, in an oven, over medium heat for 1:30 hour.

6Let cool and remove.

200 cc. room

200 gram. brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

200 gram. bread

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons brandy

Peel 1 citroen

100 gram. golden raisins

100 gram. okkernoten (mince)
