Directions

1Boil in salted water Cassava.

2Remove from heat, cool slightly, cut the cassava, if the dough is chilled, add the cheese, egg yolks and salt.

3Knead well until smooth and uniform mass.

4Form balls.

5Spread with a roller.

6They fill as needed.

7Seal the edges well and fry in hot oil.

2 egg yolks

Fill to taste

Salt to taste
