Directions

1Heat oil in a pan.

2Cook the chicken over brown 5 minutes.

3Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.

4Add the leek and pepper.

5Fry and season with oregano, paprika, salt, pepper and cumin.

6Add the potatoes, corn, pumpkin, rice and 2 liters of cold water.

7Let the water during 15 minutes cooking.

8Finally, add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes.

1 ui (mince)

2 hail (quartered)

1/2 green peppers (mince)

1/2 red pepper (mince)

6 potatoes

6 pieces of pumpkin

6 pieces of corn

1 carrots (sliced)

1/2 cup rice

1/2 cup of green beans

4 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
