Directions

1Peel the potatoes and then cut them into long strips

2Heat oil in a pan.

3Fry the potato slices until golden brown.

4Put the potatoes then sideways.

5Cut the meat into long strips (not too thick nor too long strips).

6Heat oil in another pan.

7Put the meat in the pan and season with salt and pepper.

8Fry the meat.

9Cut the red onion into pieces so that rings arise.

10Put the ring in a jar and fill it with water.

11Add some shoots of vinegar and set aside.

12Cut the tomatoes in 4 and remove the seeds.

13Cut the tomatoes, then cut into strips.

14Add the tomatoes and the drained onion rings in the flesh.

15Stir.

16Sillao or add soy sauce.

17Season with salt and pepper.

18Add the fried potatoes.

19Then serve with rice.

20Garnish with chopped parsley.

1 kg of beef (sirloin)

3 large tomatoes

3 red onions

4 potatoes

Vinegar

Sillao of soya sauce

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

salt and pepper
