1Grease a baking pan well with butter and paneer with Flour bread or a cake tin.
2Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
3In a bowl, we put the milk, bread crumbs and sugar together.
4Add the melted butter and cheese and stir well.
5Beat the egg whites while.
6Add the egg yolks and whisk them.
7Place egg mixture to the rest of the preparation.
8Finally add the vanilla.
9Pour the batter into a prepared pan, see that the cake is not too thick.
10Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
11Turn off the oven and let cake cool in the oven with the door open.
12Must cool before removing it from its shape.
4 cups whole milk (1 liter)
1 cup dry or stale bread, grated or ground
1 ½ cup sugar or brown sugar
3 ½ tablespoons melted butter
5 eggs at room temperature
250 grams of white semi-hard cheese, not too salty
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
