Directions

1Boil the potatoes with the peel, cook the eggs. If they are cold, we cut into thick slices and place in a bowl with the other ingredients.

2Olives, crab sliced, shredded tuna, peppers, tomatoes and onions.

3Make a vinaigrette with olive oil and vinegar (1 part vinegar to 3 of 4 oil), salt and pepper.

4Add a cup of water.

5Place in the refrigerator to keep it cool.
