Uruguayan melon soup

Directions

1Cut the melon in half cross-, Remove the seeds and discard, all of this scoop from the pulp and place in a food processor.

2Add the juice of 1 / 2 citroen, 2 glasses of champagne, a handful of mint leaves, a pinch of cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons honey.

3Mix all together and serve cooled in the melon decorated with one or two leaves of mint.
