1Place chicken breast pieces in a bowl and add salt, red pepper, pepper and cumin.
2Mix and leave 10 minutes or so.
3Then add the garlic and lemon juice.
4Mix and marinate for 20 minutes.
5Finally,, place on top of the onion and hot pepper.
6Serve with boiled corn and sweet potato slices.
7Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
2 chicken breasts, cut into medium-sized pieces, not too thick
Juice 8 up to 10 lemons
1 ui, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon yellow chili paste or ground
2 cloves of garlic, mince
2 cooked sweet potatoes, sliced
1 hot pepper, sliced
Cooked corn kernels
Chopped parsley for decoration
Salt
Pepper
