Directions

1Fry the onion in a little peanut oil.

2Add the tomatoes peeled and seeded, minced and then diced potatoes.

3Allow a few minutes and add the dried chiles to, seeded and shredded by hand and pour the broth.

4When it boils, reduce the heat and allow minimum 20 simmer.

5Half of the soup is done by the blender or a mixer with chopped peanuts until a puree.

6Pour this again to the rest.

7Serve hot with chopped peanuts.

8 tablespoons toasted and crushed peanuts

a handful of chopped peanuts

4 dried red chili peppers

peanut oil

2 medium onions

2 of 3 potatoes

500 ml of concentrated chicken broth

2 tomatoes

2 the koriander

salt and pepper
