Hake with tomato

Directions

1For tomato, chop them and put them in a bowl with a little salt.

2Cover the pan and cook in the microwave at full power until the tomatoes lose their water and stay dry.

3Arrange the tomatoes in a bowl and cover with the tail of hake, pre-salt.

4Drizzle with a little olive oil and then into the microphone, to cover, just about 5 minutes, or until you see that hake is ready.
