Hake in sauce with mussels

Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in a little oil.

2Put the prawns with it so they are light brown.

3Put the flour and broth.

4When it begins to boil, the slices of hake, mussels, prawns and chopped parsley.

5Spices

6Cook for about ten minutes and the fish is ready

4 slices of hake

2 prawn

6 mussels

1/4 chopped onion

1 clove of garlic, well chopped

parsley

1/4 broth glas

1 teaspoon flour

olive oil and salt
