Chicken with tomato sauce

Directions

1Cook the chicken in a little water until tender.

2When the chicken is overcooked, we cut it into pieces.

3We add the lemon or sour orange to.

4In a frying pan we do oil, ui, garlic, pepper, salt, laurierblad, tomato sauce and chicken.

5Boiling for five minutes.

6Add the dry wine and a little broth in which it was cooked.

7Cook for a few minutes until it is well mixed.

8You can serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.

4 chicken pieces

1 tablespoon oil

¼ cup dry white wine

1 lemon or sour orange

1 small onion

1 pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 cloves of garlic

1 laurierblad

half a cup of tomato paste
