Directions

1Use 5 of 6 scratch, depending on the size.

2Clean and rinse under running water.

3Make them ready for the dish by cutting them up and cut.

4Prepare the sauce with oil, ui, garlic, chili and parsley.

5Add the tomato sauce, dry wine, vinegar and season.

6Then add the crabs there.

7Bake covered on low heat 30 for minutes, occasionally add a little beer for flavor.

8Let the sauce cook for another 15-20 minutes.
