1Cover the ribs with salt.
2Fat then good.
3Grill for 5 up to 7 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
4Remove the grilled ribs, and squeeze lime juice over them.
5Serve immediately.
1 cup coarse salt
6 pounds beef short ribs
6 limes, quartered
