Salad of peppers

Directions

1Cut peppers in half, lengthwise, remove seeds and veins.

2Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

3Bring to a boil until you can easily peel.

4Cut into thin strips.

5Once they are peeled, put them in a bowl and marinated in a mixture of garlic, citroen, salt, pepper and oil.

6Mix well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.(for a night)

1 yellow pepper

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

Salt

Pepper

6 tablespoons oil

6 tablespoons lemon juice
