 1 kg of potatoes peeled
 3 cloves garlic chopped
 1 onion finely chopped
 chopped fresh parsley
 3 teaspoons olive oil
 salt and pepper to taste

Cut the potatoes into slices about rough 1 / 8 up to 1 / 4 "in the width.

Heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the onions and garlic and cook about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
