 375 gr pays asparagus, cooked
 250 gr cream cheese, soft
 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
 2 tablespoons of your room
 1 / 4 cup (50grs) butter
 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Asparagus Puree in a food processor until smooth.

Remove from the bowl.

Then mix the cream cheese with lemon zest, your room, butter and mustard until smooth.

During mixing, add pureed asparagus gradually and process until smooth.

Put the mass in a jar, to cover and then in a refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
