Beans with pork and chicos

 6 gram boys
 2 cups dried pinto beans
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1 large yellow onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
 3 cloves garlic chopped
 1 / 2 New Mexico Chili, seeded and finely chopped
 1 / 2 pound lean pork cubes in 1 / 4 pieces
 Salt to taste

Soak the chicos and beans together in plenty of water overnight.

Put the oil in a medium-hot frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and red pepper flakes until the onion is transparent.

Remove from the pan and place it in a 2-quart saucepan under.

Fry the meat in the same pan until the meat begins to brown.

Pour the chicos and beans and all the ingredients in the pan and then add enough water to just cover.

Add salt to taste and cook, covered, until the beans are tender and chicos, approximately l hour.
