Bunuelos Cheese

 just about 1 cup flour
 1 / 3 cup cold milk
 2 Owner (separated into yolks and whites)
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 cup grated Emmental cheese (or aged Manchego or Asiago)
 1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 1-2 cups olive oil for frying

Add milk, two egg yolks and salt in a mixing bowl.

Beat these ingredients until they are fully mixed with each other.

Add the flour little by little to the mixture while beating.

Remove any lumps and keep adding flour until you have a consistency similar to peanut butter dikek.

Whipping of two proteins until they "soft peaks" to have.

Fold the egg whites with the flour mixture.

Spoon the cheese into the mixture.

Heat the olive oil over high heat.

Once warm, add a spoonful of the mixture into the oil and fry about 90 seconds on each side, or until golden brown, the Buñuelo.

Remove from pan and put on a paper towel to absorb the extra oil.
