Caesar salad

 6 tablespoons oil
 2 tablespoons vinegar
 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 1 teaspoon mustard
 1 teaspoon sugar
 2 cloves of garlic
 1 tin anchovy fillets
 100 grams grated parmesan cheese
 1 cup diced bread baked
 Salt and pepper to taste

Remove the damaged green leaves of lettuce.

Wash the lettuce carefully, dry and then chop.

Then make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice,worcestersaus, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

Rub a salad bowl with garlic, preferably wood.

Pour the chopped salad with it.

Sprinkle with the prepared vinaigrette.

Add the chopped anchovy fillets there.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Add the croutons and mix everything.
