 1 / 2 kilo of onion
 1 / 2 pounds of cooked cassava

 1 / 2 hot pepper, sliced
 Salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Cut the duck into pieces.

Let marinate with salt, pepper, cumin, a tablespoon garlic, orange juice, pepper, half of the pepper and yellow pepper for thirty minutes.

Brown the duck in hot oil.

In another pan we fry in oil: remaining garlic, diced onion, pepper and yellow pepper.

Add the duck with juice.

Season with salt and cook for thirty minutes.

Add the onion and cook 15 minutes.

Serve with boiled cassava, lettuce and garnish with slices of hot pepper.
