
Place chicken breast pieces in a bowl and add salt, red pepper, pepper and cumin.
Mix and leave 10 minutes or so.
Then add the garlic and lemon juice.
Mix and marinate for 20 minutes.
Finally,, place on top of the onion and hot pepper.
Serve with boiled corn and sweet potato slices.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
