
Place the flour on a surface and an opening in the middle.
Add salt, sugar, oil, eggs and of wine.
Mix all ingredients and stir with your fingers until the dough is smooth.
Add the amount of water that is needed in small proportions.
Knead gently until a soft dough.
Let stand for about an hour.
Take small portions of the dough and roll out.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve sprinkled with sugar
