 2 cups long-grain white rice
 1 cup of black beans for soups
 2 cups of black bean soup

 1 / 4 cup of vegetable oil or olive oil

Was preselected black beans and reduce heat in a pressure cooker with water covering all beans.

Place the pressure valve and let it 30 minutes as cooking.
