 900 grams of cassava, peeled and diced
 2 tablespoons grated cheese
 2 egg yolks
 Fill to taste
 Salt to taste

Boil in salted water Cassava.

Remove from heat, cool slightly, cut the cassava, if the dough is chilled, add the cheese, egg yolks and salt.

Knead well until smooth and uniform mass.
