 500 grams peas
 1 piece of bacon / pork bones
 1 ui
 2 cloves of garlic
 3 liter broth
 bread-crumbs
 salt to taste
 1 lime

Cook the peas with bacon or pork bones.

If almost everything is cooked.

Heat butter in another pan with garlic, chopped onion and the juice of half a lime.

Pour the mixture over the peas.

Thicken the sauce with some bread crumbs.
