
Meng de melk, salt and heat to boiling point.
Reduce heat.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Beat the yolks in another heavy saucepan and gradually add the milk, under continuous stirring,.
Put it to another boil over medium heat, stirring until it is thick.
Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
Pour the pan in round cake pan.
Let it cool for at least 2 hours before turning in a shallow dish.
