 320 gram milk
 300 grams of condensed milk
 125 grams grated coconut
 5 Owner
 a pinch of salt
 water and sugar for the caramel

Prepare the syrup with water and sugar for the flan.

Preheat the oven to 150 ยบ C.

Mix the milk and condensed milk, eggs and a pinch of salt together.

Mix everything and add in a second phase coconut.

Stir the mixture.

Fill the prepared molds and place them in a pan with water in it.

Enter the tray in the oven and bake for 20-30 minuten per 180g flan.

If you see that they are quite brown, Cover with foil.

When serving

Put the flan at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Put coconut on it just before serving.
