
Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces, in a saucepan and bring to boil a cup of water, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil cooking.
Put a little of the broth aside.
Once cooked, pour oil and let brown.

Pour this preparation in the pan where you have the pieces of pork fried.
