
Start by soaking the bread in the milk.
Add the meat, garlic, not, soaked bread, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Form the meatballs and roll lightly in flour.
Heat oil (just about 1 cm in de pan) and add the meatballs.
Cook for about 10 minutes, regularly rotate.
Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.

Add the broth and wine and simmer for about 10 minutes more cooking.
