
Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper.
Place the bread on a flat surface and place a steak on top.
Cover with bread and beaten with a mallet.
Making 4 up to 5 small incisions on the edges.
Repeat with the other steaks.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the steaks until browned on both sides.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Strain the oil used to fry the steaks and more if necessary add more oil.
Add onions and garlic to the pan.
Cook until the onion is soft.
Add the tomatoes and peppers.
Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Add vinegar and parsley and mix.
Place the steaks on it and cover the pot.
5 minute simmer.
Put the lid on the pot and add the herbs out.
Serve with white rice.
