Put the tail pieces in flour and fry then a little brown.

Remove the pieces from the pan, and vegetables in the same oil the onion, pepper, tomato, garlic. We do the carrots into thin slices and put it there. Then put a teaspoon paprika there.

Then add the pieces of tail there, oven with a little sauce, and pour a glass of wine. Reduce heat slightly lower. Season with salt, pepper and cloves. This let cook very slowly.

If you do it in a pressure cooker, it takes half an hour.

In the traditional way, that is to say in normal pot, it takes more than three hours.

The meat is not finished until we see that the meat from the bone easily loose.
