
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with melted butter.
Add the sugar, eggs and flour together.
Knead until the dough is smooth, If necessary, add flour.
Let rise until doubled in volume.
Take the dough and knead it again a few minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces and give it a shape of your choice.
Then place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cover and let double in volume again.
Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees 6-8 minutes, depending on the oven.
Then coat the cookies with the brush with melted butter and sugar.
