 A turkey of between 5 in 6 kg
 Dry wine
 Butter
 broth
For the filling:
 1 kilo of minced meat
 Specs
 Ui
 Garlic
 Parsley
 Olives
 Plums
 Walnuts
 Raisins
 1 bread soaked in milk
 2 raw eggs, peeled
 Salt to taste
 Pepper to taste

To prepare the stuffing, fry the chopped onion, add the bacon between 4 and 6mm, and the garlic and chopped parsley.

Once done put the minced beef, stirring constantly all the time.

Put the plum, raisins and grapes into small pieces and put it with the rest of the filling.

Add the remaining ingredients chopped. To Taste. If you are ready in the fridge.
