
Cut the peppers and carefully remove the seeds and veins with a spoon.
Wellen in water. Do not refrigerate.
Drain and dry.
Put the bread to the meat and mix.
Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Carefully fill the peppers with the meat mixture.
Cut each pepper into 3 of 4 pieces depending on the size of the pepper and place in a greased bowl.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 º C for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Insert a toothpick inserted in the center of each piece in order to control the degree of doneness
Arrange on a platter and serve.
