 A pullet 2 up to 2 1 / 2 kg
 100 grams chopped
 100 gram runderlever
 The liver of the turkey
 100 gram spekblokjes
 2 Owner
 1 large onion, chopped
 A few drops of Madeira and a little brandy
 100 grams of butter
 salt
 Pepper
 Nutmeg
 2 cloves of garlic
 Rosemary
 2 Glasses of white wine

Put butter in a frying pan, chopped onion and bacon, bake.

Add the turkey liver and bovine liver, minced pork, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle a few drops of Madera and flambé with cognac (Optional).

Remove from heat, put everything in a bowl, let cool.

Add two whole eggs and mix so that everything is well mixed.

Put in a pan of butter and olive oil, 1 of 2 cloves of garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and add 2 cups of good white wine.

Do in the oven.
