
Cut the cheese into slices.
Mix in onions, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, pepper, salt and pepper together.
Into a jar of olive oil.
Place a layer of the onion mixture.
Then place the cheese cut into slices.
Repeat the mixture of onions and finish with cheese slices.
Add the milk to the top.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve in soup bowl.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
