Cod with tomatoes

 1 pounds of salted catfish or cod
 4 tablespoons oil
 8 cloves of garlic, peeled
 250 grams chopped onions
 1 kilo tomatoes, peeled and crushed
 1 red peppers can cut into strips

Cut the fish into pieces.

In the morning, to be cleaned by removing the bones and skin,, set aside.

Then heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic and remove with slotted spoon.

In the same oil, fry onion until transparent.

Add the fish, bake light, cover with the tomato and cook for 15 minutes.

Place the entire surface peppers into strips and serve in the same pan,garnished with croutons to taste.
