 1 / 2 cups grated, cooked chicken
 3 cloves of garlic, ground beef
 1 small onion, chopped
 1 small tomato, chopped
 2 tablespoons oil
 salt and pepper
 12 maïstortillas, steamed or fried
 1 cup shredded La Vacarica brand Asadero
 lettuce, salsa in your room

Cook and stir garlic, onion and tomato in the hot oil until tender.

Stir while the chicken, salt and pepper to taste and cook 1 minute.

Fill shells with approximately 1 / 4 cup of chicken mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with shredded lettuce, salsa in your room, if desired.
