
Spice up the chops in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, thyme and Tabasco.
Let marinate for 3 hour.
In a bowl beat together then flour and breadcrumbs.
Dip each cutlet first in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture.
Place in greased baking dish and bake at 160 degrees for one hour and 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
