 2 cups boiled potatoes and sieved
 1 tablespoon butter
 2 egg yolks
 1 sprig of parsley
 1 cup chopped ham

 2 tablespoons water

Mix the hot potato, the yolks of two eggs, butter, until it becomes a paste.

Put the ham along with the chopped parsley and the other egg yolk.

Simmer for two minutes.

If everything is completely cool.

Take the mashed potatoes and form balls.

Make a hole in the middle.

Fill with the mixture of ham and put it close.

Wrap in flour.
