 3 kg chest (for the bbq)
 3 large onions, chopped
 2 sweet paprika, seeded, ground beef
 6 medium plum tomatoes, shelled, seeded and diced
 1 garlic clove, squeezed
 2 cups oil
 Salt, pepper and cumin to taste (of adobo)
 Optional: 1 beer can

In a large skillet, we put to fry all chopped ingredients in oil until they release their juices and liquid.

The cuts of meat are made in front of the grill to be placed.

Put the pieces of meat in a large bowl.

Add the salt, pepper and cumin, beer and if desired.

Let stand for a few hours to flavor.

Heat the coals of the grill and grill the meat then.
