 2 pound green beans
 2 onions, chopped
 2 pond. lamb (sliced 1 ")
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 / 4 cup butter
 4 cloves of garlic, squeezed
 2 tomatoes, sliced
 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper

Wash and cut beans.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic gently.

Add lamb and cook on all sides.

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and green beans.

Cover with hot water halfway and simmer for 1 (1 / 2) hours until lamb is tender and the sauce has thickened.
