 1 cup sugar
 2 eetlepels cornflour
 2 kaneelstokjes

In a bowl beat the egg whites. Put the egg yolks course separately for later.

Add the sugar to the egg whites.

Boil the milk in a pot and add little sugar.

Pour a little dye in the milk.

Add the cinnamon sticks to the milk.

Beat the egg yolks with a fork.

Mix corn starch with water in a separate bowl.

Then add the beaten egg yolks and cornstarch to the milk.

Stir.

Add the whipped egg whites with a tablespoon to the milk as it boils.

Let the whipped scoop with proteins as cook until something or what appears solid (2 minutes approximately).

Remove them with a slotted spoon and set aside in a bowl.

Do this process until the entire bowl of beaten egg whites is empty.

Once ready pour the excess milk in the pot over the cooked egg whites.
