 ½ kg chopped

 3 cloves of garlic

 2 tomatoes

Put the minced meat with egg, 1 clove minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, toss with a fork, or by hand.

For making the meatballs, We moisten hands.

Put oil in a pan and fry the meatballs, we then drain on kitchen paper.

In the same oil we fry the onion, laurel, tomatoes en 2 cloves of garlic. Afterwards, we add the wine and let evaporate.
