 400g canned lentils
 1 ui
 1 clove of garlic
 1 celery stalk
 extra virgin olive oil
 slices of bread
 salt to taste

Mince garlic, onion and celery.

Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and heat.

Put the garlic, onion and celery in it.

Add a glass of water and a little salt.

Add the lentils to the mixture from the pan.

Continue to boil over low heat.

Add water if the vegetables are too dry.

Serve with slices of bread.
