 250 g sugar
 270 g flour
 1 pinch of salt
 lemon zest
 1 packet of yeast
 125 g of sunflower oil
 125 g melted butter

Mix the eggs with the sugar very well.

Divide the mixture into cupcake tins and sprinkle with a little sugar.

We heating the oven to 200 °.
