Magra with tomato

 A chop cut into very small 1 / 4 inch cubes
 1 canned peeled tomatoes in tomato sauce
 1 roasted red pepper chopped
 1 small green pepper chopped
 1 small yellow or white onion finely chopped
 2 cloves garlic minced
 2 tablespoons dry white wine
 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the meat until almost tender.

Remove the meat, retains the oil.

Add the white wine, ui, garlic and green pepper in the pan with the oil and cook over medium heat until vegetables are very soft.

In a sauce pan: do the canned peeled tomatoes in it and crush the tomatoes.

Add the peppers, pepper and salt and cook the sauce for about 15 minutes.

Add the vegetables and the meat to the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Serve in an earthenware jar with baguette slices.
