 4 cups whole milk (1 liter)
 1 cup dry or stale bread, grated or ground
 1 ½ cup sugar or brown sugar
 3 ½ tablespoons melted butter
 5 eggs at room temperature
 250 grams of white semi-hard cheese, not too salty
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grease a baking pan well with butter and paneer with Flour bread or a cake tin.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

In a bowl, we put the milk, bread crumbs and sugar together.

Add the melted butter and cheese and stir well.

Beat the egg whites while.

Add the egg yolks and whisk them.

Place egg mixture to the rest of the preparation.

Finally add the vanilla.

Pour the batter into a prepared pan, see that the cake is not too thick.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes.

Turn off the oven and let cake cool in the oven with the door open.
