 1/2 kg mussels
 1 1/2 cups of rice
 3 cups boiling water
 1/2 ui (diced)
 1/2 carrots (mince)
 1 green peppers (mince)
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 tablespoon butter

Wash the mussels and set aside in a pot.

Heat butter in a pan, fry the onion and add the carrot and pepper.

Then add the rice and cook for 2 minutes, under continuous stirring,.
